Creating a new vendor

  1. Are you ready?

    In this tutorial we are going to learn how to create a new vendor.

    We are going to create a new vendor with the following parameters:

    Name: My First Vendor
    Code: 001
    Remittance Email: john.smith@email.com

    Deposit information:
    Holder Name: John Smith
    Account Number: 4099999992
    Routing Number: 021000021

    Contact information:
    Contact Name: John Smith
    Street: 300 5th Ave
    City: New York
    Zip Code: 10001
    Email: john.smith@email.com

    Business Information:
    Legal Name: My Company LLC
    Federal Tax ID: 22-123456789
    Est. Transaction Volume: 20000
    Est. Transaction Amount: 1000
    Relationship Begin Date: 10/27/2025
  2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password and switch to the Management => Distributions Perspective.

    Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
  3. Click   Newbutton in the top left section of the screen and choose Vendor from the list.
  4. Locate   Detail  groupbox
  5. Enter 001 into the Codetextbox
  6. Enter My First Vendor into the Nametextbox
  7. Select II in Leveldropdown
  8. Locate   Deposit Information  groupbox
  9. Enter John Smith into the Holder Nametextbox
  10. Enter 4099999992 into the Account Numbertextbox
  11. Enter 021000021 into the Routing Numbertextbox
  12. Locate   Contact Information  groupbox
  13. Enter John Smith into the Contact Nametextbox
  14. Enter 300 5th Ave into the Street 1textbox
  15. Enter New York into the Citytextbox
  16. Select United States in Countrydropdown
  17. Select New York in Statedropdown
  18. Enter 10001 into the ZIP Codetextbox
  19. Enter john.smith@email.com into the Emailtextbox
  20. Locate   Business Information  groupbox
  21. Enter My Company LLC into the Legal Nametextbox
  22. Enter 22-123456789 into the Federal Tax IDtextbox
  23. Choose Limited Liability Company Ownership Structure  dropdown  
  24. Choose Weekly Estimation Period  dropdown  
  25. Enter 20000 into the Est. Transaction Volumetextbox
  26. Enter 1000 into the Est. Transaction Amounttextbox
  27. Enter 10/27/2025 into the Relationship Begin Datedatebox
  28. Select USD in Currencydropdown
  29. After you are done, your screen will look similar to the screenshot.
  30. Click   Savebutton
  31. Congratulations, you are done!
