Are you ready?

In this tutorial you will learn how to create a new user using the User perspective.

We will use the following parameters:

Full Name: John Smith
User Name: jsmith
Password: samplepassword
Log in to the system using your Username and Password and switch to the Management => User Perspective.

Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
Click Newbutton in the top left section of the screen.
Enter John Smith into the
Enter jsmith into the
Locate Password password and enter your password or click on Generate Password button.

Note: If you enter your own password, you have to confirm it manually in the Confirm password field. If you use Generate Password button, it will be confirmed automatically.
Click Savebutton
After that, the user will get two emails that include logon information: the first email - with access URL and their user name, and the second email - with their password. The emails should look similar to what is shown in the screenshot.
